FinSA
The new Financial Services Act (FinSA) entered into force on 1 January 2020. It contains rules on the offering of financial services and the sale of financial instruments. FinSA is designed to better protect the interests of investors over the long term.
The aims of FinSA are:
- to strengthen customer and investor protection
- to make financial services and products transparent and easy to understand
- to define the requirements and obligations with regard to providing financial services and offering financial instruments
Key information documents (KIDs) are available for the sub-funds of the Albin Kistler umbrella fund. The purpose of these documents is to explain the risks and costs associated with a financial instrument to private individuals and make it easy for them to compare different financial products.
